Michael Leong Kok Cheng, aged 49 is responsible for spearheading the corporate and financial directions of the Group. He started his career as an investment banker with AmInvestment Bank Bhd (formerly Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank) before setting up ML Consultants Sdn Bhd in 1993. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, corporate finance, structuring and managing investment of large corporations. Mr. Leong holds a MBA from Drake University, Iowa USA and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Windsor, Canada.

Thoo Soon Huat, aged 47 has over 20 years of experience in ICT industry. Over the past 18 years, Mr. Thoo and his team of engineers and designers have designed and built more than 200 custom infrastructure technology facilities. Mr. Thoo graduated from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia and has qualifications and training from various manufacturers in US and Europe Data Centres infrastructure products and services. Mr. Thoo is presently the Managing Director of Atlas CSF.

Wong Chow Ming, aged 42 has over 17 years of experience in ICT industry, with very strong domain skills and experience in network and communications infrastructure. He was previously the country sales manager for one of the world’s largest communications and network systems organization and has extensive sales experience and business relationships cultivated over the years that he has been responsible for channels and distribution. Mr. Wong is responsible for development of CSF into the targeted regional markets. Mr. Wong is a graduate in Computer Science from the Texas Tech University, Austin, Texas, USA.

Dato’ Ting Heng Peng, aged 49 has over 20 years of legal practice in corporate matters and civil and commercial litigation. Presently, he sits on the Board of 3 companies listed on the KLSE. Dato’ Ting holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Windsor, Canada, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Essex, London and Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn, London.

Jay Gan Jhia Jhia, aged 35 is responsible for the financial strategy, planning and control of the Group. She started her career as a corporate banker with RHB Bank Bhd involved in multi-national corporate loan sales and evaluation. Ms. Gan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Dennis Ow currently is the Director for Old Park Lane Capital Asia and formerly for Blue Oar Securities based in Asia. His main duties is business development, assisting companies in raising funds and also assisting companies seeking listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining Blue Oar Securities, he worked as the Senior Business Manager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange for over two and half years in which he successfully brought eight companies from Southeast Asia to AIM and two Main Market listings from Indonesia and the Philippines.

Before joining the London Stock Exchange, Mr. Ow worked for five and half years at a public listed American company called First Data Corporation specialising in global credit cards processing and money transfer, and he was in charge of their training and business development for Greater China.

Mr. Ow currently holds Directorship in 7 companies in which 2 of them are AIM admitted companies. He was educated and raised in Australia and gained an Undergraduate in Marketing and a Postgraduate in Management

Lee King Loon is a Principal at Horwath and an executive director of Horwath Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd. King Loon started his accountancy career with an international accounting firm in 1992 and qualified as a full member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and CPA Australia. While with that firm, he was involved in the audits of multinationals and public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.  King Loon joined Horwath – Kuala Lumpur Office in year 2000 and has led several engagements as the reporting accountants for corporate exercises undertaken by the listed companies. King Loon has conducted surprise audits on two stockbroking firms pursuant to the requirements of Bursa Malaysia. He has also conducted operational reviews on a fund management company for the purposes of reporting to the Securities Commission. He has also been involved in providing independent advisory services to the shareholders of various public listed companies, including Lion Corporation Berhad and Mycom Berhad, pertaining to their corporate and debt restructuring schemes. King Loon is licensed by the Securities Commission of Malaysia to provide advice on corporate finance.
